Double-Under Seminar

A workshop specific for Double Unders and Jump Rope conditioning.

DU is a very technical specify workout in the Crossfit. It takes time to learn the control, breathing, body posture and rhythm. 

This class will go through all the skills and theories behind the revolutions. Practice regularly under the correct drills can get a better performance in the OPEN or competitions.
